Most refunds on returns are in the form of original payment.
For exchanges, the item is returned separately from the purchase of the replacement item.
If you paid with a CREDIT CARD, we will refund your purchase amount (less the shipping costs) to the same card.
If you paid with a PROMOTIONAL CODE OR DISCOUNT, we will exchange the item for the same style in another size or color; however, we will not offer a refund.
*Refunds include the taxes originally paid on the item being returned. If you ordered by credit card, we will credit your account within 14 business days. Please note that your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for a return.
